Third party services
Hotjar
We use Hotjar in order to better understand and analyze our users’ needs and to optimize our services and user experience. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf. Amazon Web Services

Intercom
We use Intercom, Inc. (“Intercom”) to collect data for analytics purposes when users are logged into the Last Mile Platform. We provide a limited amount of your information (such as sign-up date and some personal information like your email address). We also use Intercom as a medium for communications, either through email, or through messages within our platform. As a data processor acting on our behalf, Intercom analyzes your use of our platform and tracks our relationship by way of cookies and similar technologies to ensure relevant communication and improved service.
Mixpanel
Mixpanel, Inc. (Mixpanel) help us understand what users are accessing the Last Mile Platform (IP address, web browser type, referring site, and date/time of each visit) and gather information about performance, and usage so we can create the best user experience possible. You can prevent Mixpanel from using your information for analytics purposes by opting out. To opt out of Mixpanel service, please visit this page.
