Once the order has been imported, it’s time for your operations team to start planning the upcoming deliveries.
Routes are optimized in a matter of seconds and you can get a quick overview of the individual routes of each batch. From here, it’s easy to assign available drivers and prepare for delivery.


Route starts
The driver logs in to the driver app and starts the route. This triggers an automated text message informing the customer that the order is on its way.
Thanks to our native iOS and Android apps, your customers can track the driver in real time with an accurate delivery time.


Collect feedback
Once the driver has updated the order as ‘Delivered’, the customer is prompted to provide feedback in the app.
They can rate both their overall experience and enter additional comments so that you can improve future deliveries.
Everything is stored and available in our Last Mile Platform.
