Optimize your routes

Once the order has been imported, it’s time for your operations team to start planning the upcoming deliveries.

Routes are optimized in a matter of seconds and you can get a quick overview of the individual routes of each batch. From here, it’s easy to assign available drivers and prepare for delivery.

Now that everything is routed, the end customer receives a text message notifying about the planned delivery.

The message can be tailored to your liking and include a link to your branded tracking page, where the customer can update their delivery information such as building type, floor number, and instructions to the driver.

Route starts

The driver logs in to the driver app and starts the route. This triggers an automated text message informing the customer that the order is on its way.

Thanks to our native iOS and Android apps, your customers can track the driver in real time with an accurate delivery time.

Deliver the order

The driver arrives at the stop and can easily navigate their way to the right apartment or house thanks to the delivery information provided by the end customer.

If the customer is not at home, the driver can deliver the package by leaving it by the door and document it with a photo as proof of delivery.

Collect feedback

Once the driver has updated the order as ‘Delivered’, the customer is prompted to provide feedback in the app.

They can rate both their overall experience and enter additional comments so that you can improve future deliveries.
